1) Agreement

By accessing or using WhatsApp Turbo Filter (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Intended Use

The Service is designed for list hygiene and verification workflows (e.g., checking formatting and WhatsApp‑valid numbers). It is not designed or intended for illegal surveillance, harassment, or any unlawful processing of personal data.

3) Your Responsibilities (Lawful Use & Consent)
  • Lawful basis: You confirm you have a valid legal basis to upload, store, and process any phone numbers or other data you submit (for example: explicit consent, legitimate interest where permitted, or another lawful basis under applicable law).
  • Data protection compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy, and marketing/communications laws and regulations in your country/region (including notice/consent rules, opt‑out requirements, and anti‑spam rules).
  • Permissions: You will not upload data that you do not have the right to use, and you will not use the Service to process data for third parties unless you are authorized to do so.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and the decisions you make using Service outputs.
4) Prohibited Activities
  • Spam, harassment, threats, hate, or abusive messaging.
  • Uploading stolen data, scraped lists where unlawful, or data obtained without required notice/consent.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass limits, probe, or compromise the Service or its providers.
  • Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or allowing unauthorized users to access your account.
  • Using the Service to violate WhatsApp/Meta or any third‑party platform rules.
5) Accounts & Security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6) Credits, Plans & Payments
  • When you purchase credits/plans, you are purchasing access to Service capacity (not a guarantee of any specific outcome).
  • Payment instructions (wallet address, network) shown in the app must be followed exactly. You are responsible for choosing the correct network and sending the correct amount.
  • We may refuse, reverse, or suspend processing for suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violations.
7) Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, and network issues may occur.

8) Content & Uploaded Data

You retain your rights to your uploaded data. By uploading data, you grant us permission to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, operate support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific compliance needs.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including privacy/data protection laws).

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal/compliance risk, or attempted to compromise the Service.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
